[For course reservations] From midnight on the day of your visit, 80% of the course fee (per person) will be charged.
Please be sure to contact us if you wish to cancel or change the number of people.For customers with course reservations only, if you cancel after midnight on the day of your visit, we will charge an 80% cancellation fee.
*For reservations of 15 or more people, in order to secure a seat for the group, a cancellation fee (80% of the reservation plan x number of people) will be charged if you cancel within one week of the reservation date.
If 30 minutes have passed since your reservation time on the day without any contact, your reservation will be treated as an unannounced cancellation.
For customers who have made a reservation for only a seat, if you cancel after 3pm on the day, a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen per person will be charged.
