★2024 Christmas course *Two sessions starting at 18:00 or 20:30

・3 types of appetizers (smoked salmon and cream cheese vegetable mousse, shrimp and kiwi carpaccio - shiso leaf pesto, roast duck - gravy sauce)

・Bluefin tuna and avocado tartare with wasabi sauce

・Clam and scallop soup royale

・Cream risotto with salmon roe and sea urchin
